Are you Experiencing a Break-up?
Break-ups can bring up SO many emotions such as:
Sadness
Guilt
Denial
Rejection
Insuracities
Embarrassment
Thankfulness
Anger
Loneliness
Hurt
Pain
Respected
Trust
and so many more feelings
It is totally normal to be experiencing these emotions for several weeks. You are grieving the loss of a relationship and what could have been/should have been. Even if the person is still alive. You are grieving the loss of even expectations you have had within the relationship.
