How can I help?

Therapy can seem daunting. I am here to walk with you in these steps to reassure you, guide you and ease the burden of the process. Take a deep breath, I am here for you.

I am experienced in

  • Anxiety can be helpful for us. It can tell us how to think ahead and plan. At times Aniexty can take over and be too involved, creating fear where fear doesn’t need to be. Aniexty can take over our sleeping habits, getting ready for classes, starting a new job, or even communicating with our friends and family members. When we are having a hard time because of aniexty that’s when therapy can come and help us with anxiety.

  • Depression can take over every part of our life. When you or a parent notices that you don’t enjoy the activities like you use to, it can become more difficult to get out of bed and feel hopeless in the future. If these things I have mentioned are the feelings you are having reach out today and we can explore more of the feelings you may be having.

  • Life can get the best of us at times. Whether we move to a new area, start a new school/college, start a new job or even begin a new relationship. With these new transitions, it can be helpful to have a space to discuss the feelings you are experiencing in a non-judgmental space.
