Therapy Goal
Through therapy, we all work together to feel heard, understood, and accepted by each other. We build up the team in family therapy, my goal is to help everyone feel heard and understood by others in the family. Miscommunication is a normal part of any relationship, but through therapy, we can work together to improve communication and build stronger relationships within the family unit. Our focus is on building a supportive and collaborative team that can work together effectively and grow together within the dynamics and grow within our relationships.
Prices
$180 for an initial session
$160 for family therapy
I define family therapy as either parent and teen in therapy sessions or both parents and teen in therapy sessions.
If I meet with one parent for one session with the teen, I also have to meet with other parents and teens.
Insurance
I am an out-of-network provider. I want the best care for you on your journey. I can provide a receipt/superbill for your insurance company. You can submit it to your insurance company for reimbursement.
