Connect & Be You: A Group for Teens Navigating Social Anxiety 

Teen Social Anxiety Process Group. For teen girls

  • The Teen Social Anxiety Processing Group will be online via secure HIPAA-compliant Zoom.

  • Waitlist for the group will start in 2026.

  • Teen Girls who are experiencing social anxiety with school, sports, friendships, or even with family. There will be a maximum of 8 participants.

  • It will be $90.00 dollars per session. A total of $360.00. Insurance will not be accepted at this time for the group.

  • The group will gather information on Social Anxiety and what is is followed by tools and techniques that they can use when they are expercing social anxiety. This will be a collabrative space for everyone to learn and grow in a safe space.

  • You will have the opportunity to connect with others who are facing similar challenges related to Social Anxiety, and you will receive a comprehensive workbook along with valuable tools before the group sessions commence.
