Is Anxiety getting the best of you?

Use this exercise to help you!

Do the following steps:

1) Draw a circle.

2) Label that circle “What Can I control”

3) Write down things you can control. Take time to really think about what is in your control.

4) Draw a bigger circle with the 1st circle on the inside.

5) Label the bigger circle “What I cannot control”

6) Write down things you can’t control or that are outside of your control. In the bigger circle.

7) Once you are done take a look at what is inside your control, and what is outside of your control. What comes to mind when you see this. What insights do you have with this information?
