Are you getting ready for the new school year? Do you feel anxious, nervous, or worried? Don't worry! These tips and tricks will aid you on your first day back to school.

Tips

1) Everyone might be feeling this way; you're not alone

2) Can you remember how last year went for you on the first day? It must not have been a bad day if you can't remember.

3) You got this! This feeling of nervousness is allowed to be there!

Tricks

Practice your breathing; if you feel your self get nervous, do the following steps:

  • First, breathing in through your nose, count to four.

  • Hold your breath; count to 5.

  • Exhale through your mouth and count to 6.

  • Keep repeating until you feel your feel better.
