Let’s explore my anxious box.

I created an anxious box for myself and wanted to show you all what you can do as well to create something for yourself.

A helpful tip is to create an anxious box for yourself, including items that can help ground you or keep your hands busy. In my anxious box, I have a journal, a scrapbook I made, fidget toys, a coloring book, mints, bubbles, and play dough.

It's essential to customize the box based on your own needs.

It's best to create the box before anxiety levels are high so you can easily access the tools in their box when anxiety occurs.

What can you do to create your own anxious box for yourself?

What helps ground you when your anxiety comes up? The more tools you have made/found that work for you, the best! That way, you can look towards your tools and pull out another item if that tool isn’t working for you on that day.
